Mt Cook Alpine Salmon
Mt Cook Alpine Salmon are grown in the canals in the Mackenzie region. Once fully grown, they are then shipped to the processing facility based in Washdyke, Timaru. Here they are processed before being shipped nationwide and exported around the globe.
