High Country Salmon are a 100% New Zealand family-owned salmon farm, in the glacial waters of the Mackenzie hydro canals, 3km south of Twizel.

They grow and sell glacial mountain salmon (chinook) in their shop and floating cafe, or you can order online via their website.
