Yam, That's Some Good Salmon
The Waimate Hotel are combining South Canterbury salmon, with locally grown vegetables and Quarry Rock Pinot Blanc!
The salmon is accompanied with brusel sprouts, edamame, yams, walnuts, baby carrots and horse radish potatoes.
Chef Garry and Chef Anne are a winning team, and source most of their produce from the local Farmer's Market. The walnuts are from a tree in a staff members front yard.
