The Fillet Stack

This delicious and impressive dish showcases succulent fillet steak in a modern way. 

Two classic South Canterbury beef steaks stacked with portobello mushrooms, bacon and crispy onions. 

Chef Jenny Howard has created a rich, velvety red wine jus, garlic and crème to draw out the full flavours and colour. 

The plate is finished with minted local potatoes and a seasonal salad.
