The idea of SCOFF is to get out and try something new.....well, what about wallaby? Chef Steve makes the meaty 170gm burger with a combination of beef and wallaby. The meat is mixed with Barker's Spiced Plum Sauce and a hint of Tabasco for an after taste with a very slight bit of heat.
