Francis Franks Old English Ale is a beer from the South Canterbury history books. Brewed using local malts and locally sourced wild hops growing near one of the first breweries established in South Canterbury. Francis Franks operated the Temuka Brewery which he named the Eclipse Brewery in 1872. This is an ode to his brewing vision: a sweet, delicate, yet complex twist on an old school pub favourite.
