Japanese style rib eye served on a sizzling hot plate.  This well-marbled beef is locally grown and sourced from the legendary Burgers Butchery in Timaru.  Tender, moist, and full of flavour and excellent eating. 

Chef Tristan Price has traditionally prepared the beef with crisp sautéed vegetables, caramelised onion and Japanese sauces.
