Vege Sushi & Teriyaki Salmon Sushi
Koji’s genuine Japanese Veg-Sushi is made with locally sourced red kumara, pumpkin and beans with red radish sprout on top. Served on top of sesame seed sauce.
Teriyaki Salmon Sushi is made with High Country Salmon, battered, deep fried then soaked with Koji’s home made teriyaki sauce. This is Served on wasabi mayonnaise topped with tenkasu, teriyaki and red onion.
These will be part of Koji Teppanyaki’s upcoming new menu.
