Lamb Kofta is a middle-eastern spiced meatball. Yoghurt dressing flavoured with garlic and mint. The dish pairs well with the botanical flavour found in Humdinger Gin. A Gin Sling is a gin-based cocktail served in tall glass and mixed with lemon, bitters, tonic and rosemary (which also matches well with lamb dishes).

Canter-Brie: A brie of distinction, clean, acidic, rich and creamy with a complex yoghurt background. A living cheese that ripens to full “French” flavour and flows from the rind when mature. A soft, white, cloudy ring tasting of fresh mushrooms and straw surrounds the cheese. It is as good to eat young as it is mature.
